More About Me

Bio

With 20+ years of Northern California real estate experience under my belt, I know what it takes to buy and sell properties in all sorts of complex market conditions.

My first official job in the industry was as a Loan Officer back in 2002, but I was exposed to the trade much earlier: my mother was a commercial real estate broker in the Bay Area and my step-father ran a construction business. As a teenager, I helped out on home building and renovation projects, where I developed a strong work ethic and an interest in residential real estate.

After studying business at San Jose State, I turned that early spark of interest into a career. Today, from my home base of Elk Grove, I am Realtor, a real estate investor, and the owner of My Move Project – a downsizing and move management business.

Having overseen thousands of transactions and bought/sold over 75 of my own properties, I bring a wealth of expertise to every sale. What really sets my services apart, however, is my move management services. Through My Move Project, I help home sellers with all aspects of their move, including downsizing, packing, unpacking, and coordinating the services of reputable 3rd party moving companies. In other words, I won’t just get you top dollar for your property – I’ll get you top dollar for your property and make your move stress-free.

As an experienced investor with Skye Homes, I can simplify the process further by purchasing homes quickly via private cash sale.

When I’m not hard at work helping people sell their homes, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. Our favorite activities include traveling, exploring Sacramento, trying new restaurants, and swimming.
